Hotel

Book 3 nights in May or a stay from 20 September, both in the Residence and in the Hotel, and you can take advantage of the free beach service at the La Pelosetta establishment.

The offers are not cumulative and are valid until the end of availability.

Terms and conditions

General information regarding your stay.

Apartment/room check-in

Apartment check-in from 4pm to 10pm. Hotel rooms check-in from 3pm to 10pm.
The apartments are all provided with bed lined and towels. No table linen or tea towels are provided.

Reaching us

Reception is open every day from 8am to 10pm.
If you think you may arrive later than 10 pm, please let us know at least 2 days before.

Late arrivals from 10pm to 12am will be charged an additional € 50,00.
The property doesn't guarantee the reception service after midnight.

At the moment of booking, please provide a telephone number, preferably a mobile number, where you can be reached. In this way, we can contact you if necessary.
On arrival all guests of the apartment/hotel will be required to present valid identification.

Payment

The final amount due must be paid on arrival, both for the Hotel and the Residence formula.
For stays booked using the Residence formula, a deposit of € 50,00 must be paid for each apartment on arrival. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure.

Tourist Tax

The Tourist Tax is not included in the price. The cost is € 1,00 per person per day in May, June, September and October, and € 1,50 in July and August (excluding under 14 and over 70 years). The tax must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
Subject to change of the tax by the Municipality of Stintino.

Linen service

Clean bed linen is provided once a week. Please go to the complex linen room from 9.30am to 12pm to collect the clean linen.
That is not included in the stay and costs € 10,00 per person.

Cleaning

On request guests may book extra cleaning services for daily cleaning of the apartments (excluding the kitchenette) and mid-week linen changes for the bed linen and towels.
Please note that payment for final cleaning is mandatory.
On the day of departure please leave the hob, plates, glasses and cutlery clean and tidy.
Please leave the linen (sheets, pillow cases and towels) at the complex linen room.

There will be an additional charge of € 25,00 paid for from the deposit for kitchenettes which have not been cleaned.

Pets

Small pets are welcome at a daily cost of € 5,00. On arrival, please let us know if you have a small pet with you.

Food & Drink

If you want to take advantage of the discounts at the Restaurant Bar Pizzeria "La Pelosetta" and at the Snack Bar "I Ginepri" remember to show your card before asking for the bill.

Apartment/room check-out

Please vacate the apartment or room by 10 am on the day of departure.
We remind you that upon departure the keys of the room / apartment must be returned together with the badge for entry into the structure.
NB Failure to deliver the badge, for whatever reason, will result in a penalty of € 20,00 which will come deducted from the deposit.
